- Private Jet to Dubai is a trading name used by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Private Jet to Dubai is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
- Estimates
- Flight times, ranges, hourly rates and costs on this site are estimates for planning. They are not offers, and the price of a real trip depends on the aircraft, operator, routing, dates, fuel, permits, airport charges and availability.
- Quotes and booking
- A quote is an indication only and creates no obligation on either side. A trip is booked once you sign a charter agreement, which sets out the operating carrier and aircraft before you sign, and all availability remains subject to the operator's confirmation.
- Taxes and charges
- We quote all-in wherever we can, covering applicable taxes such as the 7.5% US federal excise tax on domestic US flights, segment fees, and the landing, handling, navigation and passenger charges known at the time. Charges that only arise on the day, such as de-icing, extra crew costs or late catering changes, are passed on at cost under the charter agreement.
- Changes and cancellation
- The charter agreement governs any change or cancellation, including fees and notice periods. Empty-leg flights may be retimed or withdrawn by the operator if the booking behind them changes.
- Travel documents and conduct
- Each passenger is responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa needed for the UAE and for every country on the route, and for giving us accurate passenger, baggage and pet details. The pilot in command has the final say on whether a flight operates.
- Liability
- We act as a broker and the operator performs the flight. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for delays, cancellations or losses caused by the operator, weather, air traffic control, airport or government restrictions or other events outside our control, and our total liability relating to this website is limited to direct losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
