- Who we are
- Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Dubai.
- Information we receive
- When you send a request we receive the lead passenger's name, email address and telephone number, the journey details you enter (trip type, airports, dates, number of passengers and notes), the address of the page that referred you together with any campaign tags in your link, and your choice about offers.
- Purpose
- This information is used to prepare and send your quote, to organise the flight with the operating carrier if you proceed and, only where you have agreed, to email occasional news about Dubai flights and empty legs. Each such email includes a simple way to stop them.
- Recipients
- Details pass only to the carrier that would operate your flight and to the providers that help us quote and book it, for example ground handlers in Dubai and our email provider, and only as far as each one needs. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
- Retention
- A request that does not lead to a booking is erased after no more than two years. Records of completed bookings are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and aviation regulations.
- Your rights
- You may ask for a copy of your information, its correction or its deletion. Charter Jet One handles these requests: reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form.
- Cookies
- The site sets no cookies other than any strictly essential to its operation and runs no analytics or advertising tools; your details leave your device only when you submit the form.
- Children
- Our services are aimed at adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, though a parent or guardian may include children among the passengers of a request.
- Revisions
- Revisions to this notice take effect from the date shown at the top, and important changes will be highlighted on this page.
